Mentors’ training: Arranging Lesson Plan

Training Mentors of OSC

Talking about child development is not only thinking about the needs of a child and implements it. But we have to prepare all of the things which support it. One of them is Lesson Plan. A lesson plan is a mentor's detailed description of the course of instruction for one class. A daily lesson plan is developed by a teacher/mentor/tutor  to guide class instruction. Details will vary depending on the preference of the mentors, subject being covered, and the need and/or curiosity of children. There may be requirements mandated by the school system regarding the plan.

Because of the reasons above, Omasio Student Center  have been taken a program which concentrate in Training of Arranging Lesson Plan who is facilitated by Yayasan Compassion Indonesia. it has been done on May 2011 in 2 days.

All Mentors of Omasio Student Center have been taken this program. They have been followed it seriously, they said that mentors have to arrange the lesson plan well before they’re going to implement their program or activity to the students, because it also determine the successful of the output and outcomes of the program.
